Required skills & experience 1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with exceptional leadership experience is required, NP optional 2. 8 – 10 years of true health care management experience within a hospital, startup, and health plan setting 3. Teamwork-Centered: Innovative, highly flexible and willing to “roll-up-your-sleeves” to do what it takes in a team environment to accomplish our mission. What you need to know 1.
