Overview

Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): 1. Masters in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family, Behavioral Health, Social Work etc that would allow them to be qualified to be licensed as a LMSW, LAC, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW or LMFT 2. One to two years of LCSW Clinical Coordinating or related experience required. 3. Valid State Drivers' License with appropriate Endorsement. What you need to know: • Counsels residents/students regarding psychological or emotional problems and develops and implements therapeutic treatment plan by performing the following duties. • Establishes agenda and conducts treatment team sessions with completion of all reviews. • Observes client for abnormal physical or mental behavior and monitors progress with components of treatment plan. • Conducts individual, family, and group counseling sessions according to treatment plans with assistance and supervision of Clinical Director/Therapist. • Contacts and schedules counseling sessions with family, significant others, and involved agencies. Arranges for family visits off and on facility sites.
