Overview
Must haves to be considered: 1.) Must have California Medical License 2.) Must be a Board Certified Anesthesiologist 3.) Must have ATLS and DEA 4.) Must be fully proficient with general anesthesia cases including solid proficiency with a full complement of regional anesthesia nerve blocks under ultrasound guidance Pay rate range: $200/hr - $250/hr Start date: As soon as credentialed Credentialing: 30-60 days Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM No call No nights No weekends • CRNAs work in the Outpatient Surgery Center - consists of 6 operating rooms and 1 GI procedure room. Outpatient Surgery Center is attached to the main hospital. CRNAs also cover 2 Electrophysiology (EP) rooms. • Outpatient volume of 450-500 cases/month. • Surgical cases include orthopedic, hand, general surgery, retina, cataract, ENT, oculoplastic, otology/neurotology, podiatry, minor vascular, GI and gynecology. EP cases include arrhythmia ablations and device implants. • Light pediatric case load - consists mostly of ENT and eye procedures. • Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model with medical direction. • CRNAs do not perform regional blocks or place central lines. All travel and lodging is paid for!
