Overview
Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant highly preferred • RN is acceptable, but only with great additional experience • Required: current Massachusetts applicable Licensure • 5-7+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a large group practice. Private practice experience desirable. • Ortho experience highly preferred • Working knowledge of office operations, budgeting and financial reporting, medical billing operations and systems required. • Ability to jointly manage the financial and operations aspects of specialty care sites.
