Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. 2+ Years ACA Experience 2. BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience 3. Background working in, HEDIS, Medicare Advantage Quality Improvement & STARS 4. Experience building dashboards and managing programs to deliver applicable insights 5. Solid understanding of compliance with Medicare guidelines and procedures specifically for care within skill nursing facilities What you need to know • Help support the launch of our Medicare Advantage (MA) business, and our ACA Stars program • Analyze dashboards and other available data to measure relevant insights into program outputs and results • Play an important role in monitoring and guiding the success of our ACA and MA STAR ratings • Opportunity to join one of the most innovative, fast growing health plans in the US • Great pay/benefits with fantastic company culture
