Overview
Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) 1. Master's degree in Nursing required 2. Current California Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification, with a specialty in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), required 3. Five (5) years of clinical experience as an RN in NICU (Level III) required 4. Current California RN licensure or in the process of obtaining 5. Current AHA BLS and NRP certificate 6. Current RNC certification preferred 7. Two (2) years of experience as a NICU CNS preferred What you need to know • Brand new 40-bed unit in the summer of 2020 featuring sixteen (16) private rooms and eight (8) 3-bed pods • Accountable for NICU services staff education and direction; regional program development, implementation and evaluation; establishing clinical performance criteria and standards • Top notch pay with terrific benefits and aggressive retirement plans • Supportive staff and culture. 6 hospitals in area provide opportunity for professional growth without relocating
