Must haves to be considered: 1.) Must be a Board Certified Internal Medicine w/fellowship in Pulmonology 2.) Must already have an active Texas State medical license 3.) Must have BLS/ACLS certification and DEA 4.) MUST have high speed internet, computer set up and video camera to successfully see patients via telehealth 5.) Must be enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid *PLEASE READ* Be apart of fighting the COVID-19 pandemic!!! The telehealth locum will be providing services with the American Heart Association (AHA) to help conduct a study & research for proper COVID-19 patient care. The provider will be doing normal patient care, while the AHA will be recording the cases to determine best COVID-19 practices. They are trying to determine how to handle patient care while patients are at home being quarantined. See below for an example…. EX: If the patient has been confirmed to have COVID-19 and they are experiencing a hard time breathing, the patient will have the opportunity to schedule a telehealth visit with a Pulmonologist without having to leave their quarantined setting to go to their local urgent care/emergency room. Texas Market ONLY. Schedule: MUST BE FLEXIBLE – (open to any day of the week and anytime – patients will schedule appointments during providers availability) There is no definite number of hours these providers will be working. However, the more flexible their schedule the more hours they’ll get booked. 5-40 hours per week There will be a ramp up time to get patients into the telehealth portal Patients type: 16-20 patients per day if the schedule get that busy. Client is flexible with providers availability. All adult, rare chance of a child All COVID-19 confirmed patients
