Required Skills and Experience: • New York National Board CRNA license • Required ACLS / PALS • Open to new grads What you need to know: • Hospital Size: 100 Beds • Position / Title: CRNA (SRNAs welcome) • How many providers in group? (MDs vs Mid-levels) 6 MD and 2 CRNA now (going to 3 CRNA’s) • Patient encounters per shift? 10-15 cases • EMR: Meditech • Do physicians oversee CRNAS? Yes/ 90% of the time • Supervision ratio/care team model? 1:2 or 1:3 • Is there partnership track? No • What types of cases are they seeing? - Outpatient Surgery - Regional blocks - Ortho • How many operating rooms? (3) Main Operating Rooms + (1) OB but No OB Cases • How many ORs run at the same time? Three
