Counselor

Overview

Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in psychology and/or counseling preferred; Master's Degree in psychology and/or counseling highly preferred • Must have one or more of the following licensure: drug and/or alcohol counselor (CADC or LCADC), social work (LSW, LCSW), professional counselor (LAC, LPC) or marriage and family therapy (LMFT) • Licensed to practice in state where job is located • 1+ year experience in the treatment of individuals with opioid addiction What you need to know • Monday-Friday, 6a-2p schedule - no weekends • Benefits package includes 401k and medical, dental, and vision insurance • Facilitate individual, group, and/or family therapy as determined by patient needs and in accordance with state regulations. • Prepare individualized treatment plans on each patient. Develop patient discharge/aftercare/continuum of care.
