Required Skills and Experience: • The AAP has to have at least 3 years of Surgical ENT experience. • North Carolina NP or PA license • Will be first assist on all ENT procedures • Has to be comfortable in a small practice and seeing patients with little supervision What you need to know: • Hospital Size: 101 Beds • How many providers in group? (MDs vs Mid-levels) 1 MD - 1 APP • Patient encounters per shift? 8-12 • EMR: Meditech
