Assistant Director of Nursing

Overview

Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) *Must possess a degree in Nursing from an accredited school - Bachelor's degree preferred *Must possess a current, unencumbered, active Vermont license. *2+ years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility. *Long-term care experience is strongly preferred - but will consider candidates with acute/sub acute care and management experience What you need to know *$7500 sign on bonus! (paid in 4 equal installments, every 90 days) *Schedule: M-F 8a - 5p, with potential nights and weekends if necessary (will be paid 1.5x over 40 hours) *Benefits-eligible after 60 days of employment *Assume duties of the Director of Nursing in his/her absence under the direction of the Administrator. *Assumes duties of personnel within nursing department as needed or directed by DON and/or Administrator.
