Overview
Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) 1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a major in health or related field required. 2. Valid state Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA). 3. 3+ years experience in management within a Skilled Nursing Facility. 4. Qualities of leadership, dependability, integrity, and organizational ability necessary. 5. Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required. 6. An interest in the field of health care, particularly the needs of the geriatric population necessary. 7. Significant agency reduction experience strongly preferred. What you need to know 1. The Administrator is responsible for the staffing and operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility. 2. Employee will also direct and oversee facility operational activities. 3. $10,000 sign on bonus! (paid in 4 equal installments, every 90 days). 4. Eligible for annual bonus program. 5. Benefits-eligible after 60 days of employment.
