Overview

Required skills & experience: • At least 2 years of experience in an HR Admin role. • BS in Human Resources or similar relevant field. • Healthcare background (experience and understanding of credentialing, licensing and HIPPA regulations). • Must have strong organizational, written, verbal, problem solving, and relationship building skills. • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. What you need to know • Liaison and main point of contact for our outsourced HR Department. • Assisting with recruiting externally and internally. • Help with scheduling interviews and screening job applicants. • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. • Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records, badges, onboarding guides, etc.) and updating internal databases. • Meets and maintains HIPAA regulations in regards to Protected Health Information. • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities for company wide events.
