Enrollment Specialist

Overview

Required skills & experience : • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with using Salesforce • Experience using Outlook and scheduling appointments directly on outlook calendars • Tech savvy and able to work across multiple portals (this role will require candidate to work across 4 different platforms when enrolling, verifying and following up with clients). • Ideal candidate is a new grad social worker looking for experience. • Client base are adults struggling with addiction and substance use. Need a candidate with heart and compassion to speak with these clients with a stigma and judgement free attitude. • Ability to problem solve in a proactive, creative manner while meeting deadlines. • Ability to work independently within a virtual operating environment and as part of a team. Preferred but not Required: • Experience working with Salesforce and Therapy Notes • Experience working within the behavioral health field • Fluency in Spanish Ideal Candidate: • New grad Social worker w/ good internships. • Heart and compassion to speak with candidates that are struggling with substance abuse during the initial phone screen. • Tech savvy and familiar with Salesforce, Outlook 365 and Availity. • Comfortable being on the phone a majority of the day and ability to move at a fast, efficient pace. What you need to know • Enrollment Specialists identify and enroll members and educate them on the benefits of our organization. • A successful Enrollment Specialist is self-motivated, conscientious, empathetic, and a creative problem solver. ‪ • Serves as an initial outreach from the company, primarily through tele-engagement • Serves as liaison between the clinical team and the enrollment team • Completes documentation for client contacts and member care plans • Responsible for achieving set goals/Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
