Overview

Required skills & experience: • A bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience enough to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Client requires candidate to have recent experience in a direct field sales role (new business development, account management, referral generation, c-suite presentations, provider relationship management, quota and goal setting, territory management etc.) • 1+ years’ experience in network development and relationship management type roles.***(Network development in the area is a must. Especially with addiction/substance abuse facilities and OBGYN offices) • Proven success building strategic relationships. • History of success growing a region. • Established relationships with community resources, OB/GYN offices, MAT programs, and/or local or state agencies in state. • Understanding of health plan coverage, including Medicare and Medicaid plans. • Strong organizational skills, quick responsiveness, and act with a sense of urgency • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Advanced computer proficiency, comfort with cloud-based systems, and teleconferencing Preferred: • Master’s degree in a health-related field • A background working in behavioral health • A background in maternal / substance abuse populations What you need to know • Establish and maintain relationships with OB/GYN, Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT), Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM), Pharmacies, community resources (food banks, housing organizations, support groups), local and state agencies (Child Protective Services, Public Health Department). • Maintain positive relationship with Manage Care Organization’s within assigned state • Leverage company processes and offer improvements for referral management, communication, and care collaboration • Monitor and deliver reports that outline trends within the community including referrals, shared results, and positive impacts on the client’s lives • Participates in corporate initiatives • Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and utilization management to enable maximum success for our clients • Documents and maintains all interactions utilizing Salesforce
