Overview
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Current California Registered Nurse license 2. Three (3) years current medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting or in a specialty area 3. Heart experience required 4. ASN, BSN preferred 5. ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required What you need to know • Opportunity to join a large organization with fantastic culture, benefits (403b + pension) • Act as a mentor, preceptor, and resource for the Clinical Nurse I and II; as well as other staff members in the unit • Lots of opportunities to cross-train into other units
