Overview
Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) - BSN preferred but not required - Possession of a RN State license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) required. - 2+ years RN nursing experience - 1+ year experience in an RN leadership role - Experience in geriatric nursing required - Previous experience in nursing education and/or in-service training preferred. What you need to know - Shifts available: 1) 7p-7a (3 days and 4 days bi-weekly) 2) evenings (3p-11p, M-F) - RN Supervisor supervises nursing care services and staffing on all units while on duty - RN Supervisor communicates with providers and on-call providers - Communicates directly with Director of Nursing in timely manner - Exhibits the highest level of customer services towards residents, staff and visitors - RN Supervisor is an Independent Decision Maker yet a Team player - Benefits-eligible after 60 days of employment
