Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): 1. Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelors preferred; Masters highly preferred 2. Five (5) years management experience in lieu of BSN 3. At least five (5) years acute care experience. Progressive leadership experience which may include experience as a charge nurse 4. Current California Registered Nursing license. 5.
