Overview
Required skills & experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. Experience in recruiting for a Rehabilitation/therapy healthcare company is required. 2. Comfortable managing recruitment processes collaboratively with cross-functional/ cross/ departmental stake-holders. 3. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment of a variety of roles. 4. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 5. Must have experience recruiting Clinical Therapists/ Counselors. What you need to know: 1.
