Overview
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance field is required. 2. 3-5 years of experience performing business analysis; evaluating trends and patterns in a healthcare business, and creating business/operational performance models; advanced skills in Excel required and will be tested. 3. knowledge of Power BI and Access are highly preferred; high degree of managing multiple assignments concurrently with exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to travel periodically; healthcare experience required. 4. Large data analysis and modeling capabilities in Excel, Power BI and Access are critical. 5. Ability to present large sums of data in salient and succinct sound bites presented in PowerPoint to support management decision making.
