Required Qualifications: -Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire. -Experience:1 year of relevant experience. -Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. What you need to know: The Emergency Department presents an exciting growth opportunity. Come be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary care team envisioning and developing the future of Emergency Medicine. In the winter of 2019 the ED will open a new facility, expanding our capacity from 41beds to 76 beds; and we are tripling our square footage. When open, the new ED will be outfitted with the latest technology.
