SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of background in Home Health & Hospice- Required Please confirm if your traveler has any restrictions in working with COVID patients - Required Recent previous travel - Required Experience with PI & treatment plans - Required IV management - OASIS Trained - PIC Line management - Wound Vac- Disease management experience - Excellent assessment skills - Required Experience with Home Care Home Base- preferred Some additional details: Candidates will be expected to see 4-5 patients per day!! Please confirm that your clinician is aware of this and able to perform! Coverage Area; Burbank, L.A. and Glendale. What you need to know: We are in need of an RN for an ASAP start.
