Overview
Two CRNAs needed urgently for a facility in Michigan. Need team players to hit the ground running for 2+ months. This job is paper charting only. Requirements: CRNAs are supervised and need to be able to handle cases for all age groups. Facility highly prefers providers who live in the area and do not need housing. They will reimburse hotel if necessary and will reimburse mileage. They will not reimburse for flight/rental car. Facility does paper charting. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS MI License and CSR at time of submission - Required BLS, ACLS, PALS - Required AANA - Required Provider must have experience w/ all age groups - Required Clean Background for expedited credentialing - Required Providers is available for full time 7/19-9/20 - Required Provider is local (within driving distance or only needs hotel) - Required CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AANA ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) PALS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Michigan ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS MI CSR Emergency/Temp Privileges: No Shift Type: Days Est. Shifts: 45 Est. Hours: 360 Shift(s) Description: Full time, M-F, 10-12 Hour shifts; varies during the week Weekend Requirements: No Weekends On Call Requirements: No Call
