Overview
Job Requirements: -Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) -Maintains and provide copies of current, unrestricted Licensure (LD) with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and registration (RD/RDN) with the Commission of Dietetic and Registration. -Will have completed an American Heart Association – approved course in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and maintain that certification while providing services at the Facility. -Work with individuals with intellectual disabilities, (IID) in a residential section, not outpatient clinic. What you need to know: Provide direct patient clinical nutrition services of ten (10) to twenty (20) hours per week to be completed in three (3) days per week, or as assigned by contract manager. Perform evidenced based, timely nutritional assessments, consults, meal plan counseling and other nutritional services, as assigned.
