Overview
The Cyber Threat Analyst is responsible for assisting their organizations with performing threat analysis to assist their organization in defending cyber threats. This position will research and assess cyber threats to ensure appropriate action plans are managed, monitored and completed based on company policies and procedures. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) - Minimum of 2 years in a security role. With total IT experience of 3+ years. - No job hopping- average tenure of 2 years at their jobs. - Must have experience using IT security tools, such as EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) - Be able to articulate experience with at least one of the following: PowerShell, Python, or leveraging APIs. - Experience with System Administration. - Be able to answer scenario based question: "Give me an example of how you have automated a repetitive task using tools."
