Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's degree • Entry level role, will accept a new grad • Career field aspirations of sales, business development, or account management • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, open office • Organized and proactive • Appreciate honest conversations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and unpredictable environment • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration • Creative and strategic thinker • Career field aspirations of sales, business development, or account management What you need to know: • The ultimate goal of this position is to teach you the inner workings of the sales team while exposing you to the sales process. • Vet inbound leads, MQL’s, etc • Work with SVP of Sales on deal follow-up and pipeline management • Field ad hoc content, proposal, RFP, and support requests from sales team • Assist on sales calls and demos as needed • Coordinate with sales leadership to define and prioritize sales support initiatives ● Assist with prospecting and outreach strategy, where applicable • Other requests as determined by the SVP of Sales
