Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): 1. Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing required 2. BSN required, MSN highly preferred 3. At least five (5) years L&D experience with progressive leadership responsibilities. Should have experience leading a busy L&D unit 4. Current California Registered Nursing license 5.
