Overview
We are looking for a senior level Home Healthcare Utilization Management Consultant, with recent experience in Home Health Operations with a regional/national Home Health provider. This will be a 6 month consultant contract. Right now it is solely a contract role and not a temp to permanent position. Responsibilities: • Assisting with the build out of a Home Health Utilization Management Program that also focuses on re-admissions and network delegation. • Will need to serve as a SME in the space on what is required from an operational standpoint. • Will need to provide thought leadership, advise on regulatory requirements as applicable, inform of past life learnings and best practices. • Not patient facing. • Will not be onsite at an office. • No access to internal client systems. Requirements: *Must have at least 5 years of home health utilization management and network readmissions experience *Must have deep operations experience with home health *Must have bachelors degree (prefer masters) *Experience working for a large home health chain *Sr. level consulting experience in a relevant role is ideal Start Date: asap Schedule: Flexible (M-F is ideal, but willing to work with candidate on whatever days work best with their schedule.)
