Large Catholic Health System is seeking a Geriatric Medicine Physician to work in the PACE program. The ideal candidate will have a MA license, Geriatric Medicine experience and has TruChart experience. Requirements follow: FULL TIME PERM ONLY Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p Call is one week per month Weekday call 5:00p - 8:00a Weekend Call 8:00a - 8:00a Skills set=general/family practice/adult medicine, independent worker Duties: Annual assessments, Post-hospital visits, Acute visits Patient pop = 55+ adults “Adult day care center” with clinic (15 mins – 60 mins appt.) 9:30am – 2pm scheduled, after 2 get through charting, idp meetings in the morning, ~5-8 visits per day. Credentialing is 4 weeks from completed app EMR: TruChart Salary/Benefits are industry standard based on experience. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Board Certified IM/FM OR Board Eligible w/in 5 years or residency - Required MA license in hand - Required Availability at time of name clear (Full time Perm) - Required Geriatric Medicine experience - Required Local, no flights - HIGHLY PREFERRED Clean/Clear malpractice - Highly Preferred EMR TruChart experience - Highly Preferred CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BLS Board Certified Board Eligible STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Massachusetts
