Overview
IHS facility needs MRI technicians to complete a 12+ week assignment in a rural setting. Brand new facility with brand new equipment. Need a team player who can hit the ground running. Uses medical imaging equipment to produce images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels and, with advanced training, assisting in the administration of radiation therapy treatments. MRI technicians work closely with patients to make sure they are prepared and comfortable before and during a procedure and operates MRI equipment to ensure that the procedure produces quality images of bones, organs, and other soft tissues and any information for the health care professional to make an accurate diagnosis. "Prefer candidates to start as soon as they are cleared." Shift Schedule may be either of the following: (Should be flexible to work any shift) *Mon.- Tues. (2:30P to 10:30P) and Sat.-Sun. (7A to 7P) or *Thurs.-Fri. (2:30P to 10:30P) and Sat.-Sun. (7A to 7P) Minimum of 2 years experience in MRI BLS Certification MRI Licensure Have good verbal and written communications skills; and team oriented. Attire: Grey Scrubs"
