Facility in North Michigan has an immediate, ongoing need through the end of 2020 for an additional Hema/Onc locum. Immediate dates are below. They will have additional dates to add as well. 11/2/2020- 1/4/2021 Locums will be providing outpatient coverage in the clinic as well as call with rounding for call dates listed Board certified providers only please, no BE. The facility uses Cerner EMR. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Board Certified - Required BLS, ACLS - Required MI License at submission - Required Provider can cover all shifts listed - Required Cerner EMR experience - Preferred Clean Background - Required for quick privileging CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ACLS BLS STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Michigan ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS MI license at time of submission
