Overview
Lead Business System Analyst Must haves: • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or if no degree, 7+ years of business process analysis, business analysis, management consulting and/or change management experience. Graduate Degree preferred • Significant experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies - Experience working for a mid- large healthcare provider. Value based healthcare companies preferred. • Experience developing Functional requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do to fulfill the business requirements. • Ability to lead a team of BAs and their multiple projects simultaneously including continuous evaluation and re-ordering of team member's priorities as business needs dictate. What you need to know: - Local candidates only - Start up organization. must enjoy fast paced environment, being challenged, working longer hours, like to build things (NOT running a well oiled machine) when there are deadlines - Must be able to interact with key leadership: CMO, COO, and others - need to have experience with mid-large healthcare provider organizations, or Medicare Advantage.
