These are required in order for the candidate to be considered** Job Requirements: 5 years or more CURRENT Renal Dialysis Management experience - Required Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required BA/BS - REQUIRED Project Management experience - Highly Preferred NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Highly Preferred CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED (If not in hand, must obtain within 1 year of start date) Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred BSN - Preferred What you need to know: Administrative Oversees facility operations to ensure high quality of care, staff education/development and compliance Monitors the operational cost for each facility Develops and implements plans to assure continuous improvement Acts as a resource for staff regarding patient medical issue. Communications: Encourages, monitors and participates in systems of communications with site leadership and physicians; Holds regularly scheduled regional leadership meetings Follows and role models the Dialyze Direct Principles of Behavior Prepares and submits weekly leadership compliance reports Attends regional QAPI and governing body meetings. Management Resources/Staff: Supports sites to ensure they are adequately staffed to provide patient care based on census Oversees overtime usage.
