Director of Operations

Overview

Required skills & experience: • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred • Healthcare licensure desired (e.g. therapy, nursing, nutrition, etc.) • 5+ years previous Behavioral Health outpatient, residential, and/or inpatient leadership experience required • Previous experience leading multiple sites is required • Previous work experience in Eating Disorders desired What you need to know: • The Operations Director provides leadership over assigned Site Directors and has accountability for overall performance of sites assigned, including operational excellence, client care, employee leadership, and financial sustainability. • Ensure high quality of client care be maintained and new treatment approaches be implemented • Ensure clear and consistent communications across assigned region • Achieve high level of client engagement and retention • Ensure adherence and consistency in applying corporate policies, practices, and protocols. • Engage and retain employees through building relationships with staff in the organization and the site • Partner with fellow Operations Directors and Site Directors at the regional and national level • Promote an environment of continuous improvement, including processes, policies, and procedures
