Overview
Must haves: • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+years of relevant experience with IT infrastructure and operations; or if no degree, 10+ years of with IT infrastructure and operations experience. Graduate Degree preferred • 2+ years experience designing, deploying and supporting Office 365 (O365) or Microsoft 365 (M365); applicable cortication(s) preferred • 2+ years experience designing, deploying and supporting Office Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS); applicable cortication(s) preferred • 3+ years supervisory or management experience • Prior experience with MDM products for mobile device management and mobile application management (e.g. Intune, Airwatch, Jamf, etc.) • Experience deploying multi-site networks and supporting wide-area networks or SD-WAN • Experience with Voice-over-IP (VOIP), IT telephony and contact/call center software • ITSM experience (ITIL certification preferred) • Demonstrated experience managing outsourced vendor relationships and performing IT vendor selection What you need to know: • Local candidates preferred but not required • Able to travel 25% to 75% during peak periods for brand office location opening and support • Start up organization. must enjoy fast paced environment, being challenged, working longer hours, like to build things (NOT running a well oiled machine) when there are deadlines • Must be able to interact with key leadership: CMO, COO, and others • need to have experience with multi site healthcare provider organization(s) ambulatory clinic experience strongly preferred
