Well established facility is looking for a Locum Mammo Radiologist to provide full time coverage M-F 8a-5p until a permanent candidate is found/hired! M-F Schedule: M/W/F: 4 procedures (biopsies and needle locs), and 65 screening mammos, plus 10 plain film requirement. T/TH: diagnostics day - 10 diag mammos, 10-12 US’s. Plus about 50 screening mammos, plus 10 plain films. -Patient Population - Females of all ages -Breast fellowship trained is highly preferred -EMR - EPIC Mammo Procedures: -Screening Mammo -Diagnostic mammo -breast MRI -Stereoactic Biopsies -Needle Locs -Fine Needle Aspirations US Breast Biopsy & Cyst Asp. -US Breast Biopsy w/ Mammo -Sentinal Node Inj. -Ductograms -Beast Biopsies Start date is once credentialing is completed, approx. 60-90 days form completed app. Aiming for mid December or early Jan 2021 start! SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Board Certified Radiology (ABR, ABOR) - Required MI license in hand at time of name clear - REQUIRED. Client does not want to consider non licensed candidates at this time 3+ years of experience - Required, no new grads Breast trained/fellowship - HIGHLY PREFERRED Clean background/malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED Local, no flights - REQUIRED. Will consider candidates from MI, IL, IN. But no flights and prefer only to reimburse for mileage. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) Board Certified STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Michigan
