Overview

Required skills & experience: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA). 2. Registered Nursing License (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS). 3. Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and two (2) years of leadership experience; However, looking for a candidate who is well seasoned in a Family Birthing Center. What you need to know 1. 180-200 deliveries/month, residency program, OB laborist program, Active Lactation program, Physician in house 24/7, Lactation Consultant, Perinatal Safety Specialist. 2. 100 staff, low c-section rate, breastfeeding rate increasing. 3. Focus – Patient Experience/Fetal Monitoring. 4. Full-time opportunity with competitive benefits package.
