Overview
Required skills and experience: 1. Must be a licensed RN in the state of California. 2. Must have 2 years’ experience in Management (Director) role and a BSN OR 4 years’ of Management (Director) experience and a national certification in a related field. Looking for candidates that have Director Level experience in a SNF setting. 3. 2 Years of clinical experience in specialty area is required. 4. Member of at least 1 Professional Nursing Organization. What you need to know: 1. Full-time opportunity with full benefits. 2. Responsible for the overall operational and financial management of the department. 3. 850 FT employees with a 167-bed facility. 4. 1- hour away from the Sequoia National Forest, 2 -hours from the infamous heart of Yosemite National Forest, 2- ½ hours from the Pacific Coast Line, 3- hours to LA and a 4-hour drive to the San Francisco Bay area.
