Overview
Required skills & experience: • 4-6 years of social media and partnership/influencer marketing experience, preferable within a digital or e-commerce brand, including directly managing social channels (ex: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, blog). • Proficiency with social analytics, partnership ROI measurement, and general channel KPI and CAC reporting. • Experience in social media and influencer tools to help drive efficiencies and scale. • A storyteller with experience in messaging strategy, brand copywriting and grammar. • The ideal candidate is a proactive, driven, creative, and organized individual with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously. • Can guide and present themselves to partners and leaders across multiple departments. What you need to know: • We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, grow our community as well as our customer base. • This role will own the strategy for our owned social channels, and develop an in-house approach to influencer and brand ambassador marketing. • Set strategy for our social channel positioning and content calendar. • Work cross-functionally with the creative team for asset creation, and ensure all aspects of content posted on social including copy are in alignment with the brand and content pillars. • Manage influencer marketing efforts to maximize reach by audience and to develop new and engaging content for owned and paid channels. • Thoughtfully develop long term influencer relationships to become ambassadors for the brand. • Own strategy for UGC and influencer partner content distribution and utilization to drive business and brand goals. • Own our referral program. • Own strategy, expansion and optimization of the program to drive new customer acquisition and customer retention. • Provide recommendations on new executions, partnership ideas, and activations to further promote our brand awareness, engagement and new customer demand. • Stay current on platform best practices and educate internal teams on those learnings to guide creative development. • Track, measure, and analyze performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and help identify key trends and learnings to communicate to internal groups. • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Performance Marketing, Public Relations, and Customer Care teams on strategies and execution. • Manage current small team that oversees owned social channel strategy and execution.
