Position Summary Client is seeking a VP of Scheduled Services to support the growth and success of the external operations team. Our programs serve the community of mental health, primary care and other behavioral health care organizations by integrating their team of telepsychiatry providers. This fast-paced position is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who has a background health care administration, mental health care and telemedicine. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, behavioral health, or related; Master’s in related field is preferred • 10+ years of significant experience in the industry; leadership or management experience is preferred • Strong people management skills • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong team-building skills and ability to motivate others • Change management experience • Superb organizational, time management and problem-solving skills • A strong interest in impacting the future of behavioral health in the US
