Solution Design Manager

Overview

Job Description: The client is seeking to grow its Customer Solutions team with a Solution Design Manager. The Solution Design Manager will join a growing and experienced team of engineers and scientists creating a world-class platform for cloud-scale scientific collaboration. The Solution Design Manager will be accountable for customer success and satisfaction throughout the customer life-cycle by designing, implementing, and maintaining a solution that meets the customer’s needs. Job Requirements: - Having a passion for science and motivation to support world-class scientists - The ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes to understand their needs with a proven ability to translate those needs to actionable items - Possessing exceptional customer relationship skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical personnel - Being a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a demonstrated ability to work well with others to solve complex problems - Being solutions-oriented and highly adaptable - Experience in medical imaging research (academic, clinical, or pharma), including workflows and analysis pipelines (particularly in neuroimaging) - Familiarity with DICOM and PACS - Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS - Experience with Python, Matlab, R, or similar scientific computing languages
