Fantastic MEdical Facility is looking for a FULL TIME – LONG TERM IM/FM Locum for one of their OUTPATIENT Clinics! -No weekends, No call -100% Outpatient -100% adult (18+) Looking for provider to MANAGE OWN PRACTICE / PATIENT PANEL. Aiming for 2/1/2021 start for 6mo – Year commitment! Provider expected for see 18-20 patients per day. Must be able to handle patient volume! Patient Schedule below: -30 min for new patient -30 min for hospital follow up -30 min for hospital pre op -30 min physicals -ALL other appointments 15 mins *New patient appointments, provider expected to enter medications, prescription refills, surgical history, family history, address health concerns, health management, order testing* *Expect some Tele Health Appointments while onsite* -Work Schedule is 9 sessions a week (4hr morning/3hr afternoon or 3hr morning/4hr afternoon Expected to be working till 5p) -EMR: Epic (Must have experience) Location #1 – 4 other physicians and 6 APP providers Location #2 – 10 other physicians and 10 APP providers *provider not expected to sign charts for APP, but is expected to help and answer questions* No specific procedures – FM/IM work. NEED provider to come in and manage own Panel. Looking for experienced provider who can hit the ground running! Credentialing timeframe will be FULL 90-120 days. Aiming for Feb 1, 2021 start (subject to change with credentialing) Interview: expect a virtual interview through WebEx Rates: Malpractice included in rates and no Per Diem. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Board Certified FM or IM – Required. No BE BLS, ACLS, CSR, DEA- Required FULL TIME ONGOING AVAILABILITY – REQUIRED. Please disclose at name clear 3+ years experience – Required EMR Epic experience - Required Clean Malpractice/background – HIGHLY PREFERRED Local, No flights – HIGHLY PREFERRED and considered first CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) Board Certified Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS) DEA STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Massachusetts
