Overview
Required skills and experience: 1. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science. 2. Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets, use data to draw conclusions, assess performance metrics and/or write reports including the use of data visualization and manipulation tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc. 3. Minimum 2 years' work experience within information technology or an applicable area of healthcare Revenue Cycle services. 4. Experience with EMR support, training, build, or configuration required. 5. Certifications in one or more Epic applications. What you need to know: 1. The Systems Analyst, Entry Level is a full time position on the Epic Implementation Team. The position has responsibility for the implementation and support of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). 2. Entry Level performs work related to Epic applications for revenue cycle, patient throughput, and billing such as Cadence, Prelude, HIM, Home Health Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing, and Resolute Professional Billing. 3. The work is accomplished in a team environment and requires excellent problem solving and communication skills with a high level of professionalism. 4. Full-time opportunity with onsite availability required.
