Overview
Required skills and experience: 1. Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program required. 2. Experience as a Surgical Technologist or Surgical Nurse desired but not required. 3. Current Surgical Technologist Certification. 4. American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification. 5. Current First Assistant Certification preferred. What you need to know: 1. The Surgical First Assistant is a professional caregiver who works with Anesthesia, surgeons, and other surgical personnel in patient care before, during and after surgery. 2. The Surgical First Assist uses sterile technique and technical equipment to perform surgical procedures. 3. Full-time opportunity with competitive pay and benefits. 4. Schedules avaialble: Day shift 7am-3:30pm or 8am,-4:30pm shifts. The FAs rotate call one day per week and one weekend per month
