These are required in order for the candidate to be considered** Job Requirements: Minimum one year of Behavior Heath Unit experience - Required Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - Required Recent travel experience - Required Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment - Required BLS/CPR, CPI or NAPPI Certifications- Required Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients- Required Cerner experience - Preferred What you need to know: Provides direct patient care, delegates/assigns responsibility as appropriate to others, and serves as leader of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with and under the direction of the attending physician. Focuses on completion of the nursing process including patient/family education and discharge planning. Understands and acts appropriately to ensure optimum use of all resources.
