Additional Job Details: - Ongoing contract starting once credentialed - Schedule: Night shift only - 12am-9am. - Shifts may start at 11:30pm for check in thru security. - Please ONLY submit candidates interested in night shift, 3-4 days per week consecutive We have been providing episodic rapid COVID testing services for UPS Air-Anchorage since May for UPS pilots flying to Asia. UPS would like to extend these services in Louisville as well, but with many more pilots involved. UPS has multiple Abbott rapid machines (under their own UPS CLIA waiver) available at the UPS Worldport facility near the Louisville airport. The Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants working at this site will be providing rapid (nasal swab) COVID tests for these pilots. UPS will control the testing schedule to ensure pilot compliance and workflow. Under the schedule below, the numbers under each shift are the estimated number of pilots you will see. A medical assistant may be present during the busier shifts where more pilots are scheduled. No EMR – all documentation will be completed via hard copy forms. Concentra & Abbott will provide training prior to first shift. Candidate requirements: • Must have Active and unrestricted Kentucky license o Clear of background issues • Must exhibit our core Orange Book values: o A selfless heart o A tireless resolve o A healing focus • Must be able to commit in minimum of one-month increments. • DEA and NRCME are not required for this position • Candidate must wear full PPE each shift (we will provide) • Please inform candidates, it is very likely that they will be asked to arrive as much as 30 minutes prior to their shifts to check in – this is for security purposes. Please confirm with candidates that certain shifts, they may be asked to arrive at 11:30pm for their 12am shift.
