Support Operations Director, Building Controls

Overview

Mission: Mission is not only to deliver world-changing building control solutions, but also to deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience. As our Support Operations Director, you will enable our Support, Design & Installation teams to deliver on that mission. You’ll bring your expertise in building controls and automation delivery and support to help us build a best in class delivery organization. MUST HAVES: 5+ years working with Building Controls 3+ years of management experience, preferably within the Building Controls industry Familiarity with both the mechanical and technology side of HVAC & Building Controls Strong organizational and time management skills Industry certifications, Lean Systems experience, and Project Management are looked upon favorably Bachelor’s degree preferred
