Job Requirements At least 1+ year of experience Bilingual preferred but not required (English and Spanish) Maintains and provides copies of current, unrestricted Licensure (LD) with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and registration (RD/RDN) with the Commission of Dietetic and Registration. Work with individuals with intellectual disabilities, (IID) in a residential section, not outpatient clinic. All assessment will be completed within 14 days of assignment; consults or referrals within 3 days of assignment. Will conduct themselves in accordance with the Rules and Regulations relating to Registered and Licensed Dietitian (RD/RDN/LD) Education, Licensure, and Practice in the State of Texas. What you need to know: May work remotely 25-50% of the hours per week upon completion of training on site or as assigned. Provide direct patient clinical nutrition services of ten (10) to twenty (20) hours per week to be completed in three (3) days per week, or as assigned by contract manager. Perform evidenced based, timely nutritional assessments, consults, meal plan counseling and other nutritional services, as assigned.
