These are required in order for the candidate to be considered** Job Requirements: RECENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A MULTI-CENTER DIALYSIS SITE WITH DIRECT SUPERVISION OF STAFF-REQUIRED!!! Chronic dialysis experience with QAPI, Care Plans and Physician engagement, governing body and patient outcome experience - Required Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required BA/BS - REQUIRED Experience working with an interdisciplinary team - Required Acute/Hospital experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED Project Management experience - Highly Preferred NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Highly Preferred CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED (If not in hand, must obtain within 1 year of start date) Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred BSN - Preferred What you need to know: Administrative Oversees facility operations to ensure high quality of care, staff education/development and compliance Monitors the operational cost for each facility Develops and implements plans to assure continuous improvement Acts as a resource for staff regarding patient medical issue. Communications: Encourages, monitors and participates in systems of communications with site leadership and physicians; Holds regularly scheduled regional leadership meetings Prepares and submits weekly leadership compliance reports Attends regional QAPI and governing body meetings.
