Overview
Client is seeking a part-time Operations Manager & Executive Assistant to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving efficiencies and shaping culture in a startup company. We’re looking for someone who will thrive in a highly technical business with top-shelf communication skills (written and verbal) and a go-with-the-flow approach to juggling multiple projects. The main focus of this position is to provide administrative support to our executive leadership team. This position is 30 hours per week and is eligible for company benefits. Responsibilities •Administrative support for the CEO and executive team including but not limited to calendar management, expense tracking, travel coordination, and communication with clients and investors. •Coordinate and manage candidate screenings and interview schedules. •Create and maintain investor documents and databases. •Research customer and competitor information. •General administrative tasks around the office including ordering supplies, shipping and receiving, and maintaining the office space to accommodate our growing team. •Organize and maintain files and records across the team. •Interact with external vendors for event planning and shared services such as software licenses, corporate accounts, etc. •Collaborate daily across a geographically dispersed team. •Assist with coordination of office events including All-Company meetings, lunch and learns, and social events (both virtual and, eventually, in person).
